The authors are invited to submit their papers describing original, previously unpublished research results and not currently under review. There are two types of submissions: short papers (4-6 pages using the two-column ACM sigconf template) and extended abstracts (1-2 pages, free template).
Length: Short papers must be written in English, comprising between 4 to 6 pages (including references).
Formatting: Papers must be written in LaTeX, following the ACM Proceedings Format (available here). Please make sure you are using the latest 2020 version. The font size, margins, inter-column spacing, and line spacing in the templates must be kept unchanged.
A simpler template can be downloaded here: sample-alioeuro2021.tex, sample-alioeuro2021.pdf. Make sure you place them in the same directory where you extracted the standard ACM Proceedings Format
File type: Each research paper must be submitted as a single PDF file, formatted for A4 paper and no more than 5 MB in file size.
Any submitted paper violating the length, file type, or formatting requirements will be rejected without review.
Accepted short papers will be published in open access at openproceedings.org, with an assigned DOI and indexed in DBLP.
Length: Extended abstracts must be written in English, with a maximum length of 2 pages (including references).
Formatting: No specific format is required, but don’t forget to include title, author names, affiliations, emails and a clear description of the work that you wish to present at ALIO/EURO 2021.
File type: Each extended abstract must be submitted as a single PDF file, formatted for A4 paper and no more than 5 MB in file size.
Accepted extended abstracts will be distributed during the conference only.
